Awful horrendous service awful food
Disgusting service You get seated, then barked at. No menu just this is what the kids can have, quick quick make a decision now now! Then you're told what you're having for your set menu. No decisions or choices. Drinks....again then a list, now now make a choice. If you're not quick enough they just walk off! If you come as part of the diamond tour from Loro parque the staff treat you like scum. They basically yell at you for a decision. You have no choice in seating. It's clear they don't really want you here! To be honest had I realised you had to leave the park to come here I wouldn't have chosen it. The starter was ok, the main course of steak tasted of nothing!! The cheesecake wasn't great. The kids enjoyed their meals which was at least something. I'm sure it is a wonderful place if you're not from the tour but for the way they treated us I'd never try it again.
