Buyer beware!

Buyer beware their website instead of confirming your purchase will redirect you to the purchase information, even when your purchase has been successful. This led me to buy tickets three times! When we went to the aquarium staff assured us if we emailed them they would refund us. I have emailed in English and Spanish and they haven’t even bothered to reply!
