Beautiful hotel

This is a beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens. We had a very warm welcome from Elena at the reception and we were dealt with friendly and efficiently. Our room on the second floor was very spacious recently refurbished with a view of Mount Tiede. Bathroom very spacious and lots of storage for clothes and shoes. The cleanliness of the hotel and grounds was excellent. Everywhere shone. The shuttle bus into the town centre was very efficient running every half hour otherwise it would have been a steep walk back to the hotel. The area was very quiet and an area of calm around the pool. The staff were amazing well trained and attentive. Juan Jose waiter at breakfast and Mario the breakfast chef were great and at checkout Carlos was friendly and efficient. Special mention to Antonio and Omar at the door. We enjoyed the food at the three restaurants being half board and Raoul at La Parrilla very knowledgeable. A great week
