Big disapppointment
The starters and dessert were ok, but the Chateaubriand for two was a big disappointment. We ordered the meat medium, but we got 500-600 g of raw, very tough steak. If the chef had a meat thermometer, this could not happen. In addition, the quality of the meat is in no way up to the standard required by a Michelin restaurant. A year ago we ate at the same restaurant and there was nothing to complain about. Maybe a little check with the Michelin star (1) would be in order. It's a shame as the expectations for the evening meal were high and the end result was a big disappointment
Brunelli's Steakhouse
Thank you for your feedback! We’re truly sorry to hear that your recent visit did not meet your expectations, especially after a previously positive experience. We sincerely apologize that the Chateaubriand was not cooked to your preference and it would have meant a great deal to us to be made aware of the issue at the time, as we normally offer guests the option to finish cooking their meat to their exact taste on a hot stone at the table. We would also like to clarify that while we are recommended in the Michelin Guide, we do not hold a Michelin star. We’re grateful for this recognition and continue to work hard every day to maintain high standards of quality and service. If you’re open to sharing more details about your experience, please don’t hesitate to contact our manager directly at info(@)brunellis.com. Kind regards, The Brunelli's team
