Animal cruelty

Too crowded. Many busloads at a time. Many strollers and out of control children (tapping on glass). Adults using flash. Small enclosures with too many fish within. Map not in English. Could not get close enough to see names of fish. Beautiful building, but this place should close. Frustrating sad tour.
