Wonderful day enjoying nature

Whilst the price seems high- nearly 50euro per person , I can say this is one of the best value zoos or animal park I have been too. We watched a sea lion show , a killer whale show as well as a parrot show that was wonderful. We spent nearly 5 hours exploring the park and at no point was it dull or repetitive. As the day went on , the birds became more active and the bird song was wonderful. A clean environment, with plenty of staff. I think if you wanted to save on the cost- bring a packed lunch as the food and beverages are a bit pricy . The free train bus from the port adds to the day. It runs every 30 mins. A definite highlight to our winter sun holiday. Listening to the musical soundtrack as you walk the park adds another level of. The penguin habitat was fantastic with the moving floor, allowing a full view without being blocked by crowds. Up close with the birds was a great part of the park. If you have 3-5 hours and enjoy nature in the sun .., it’s a must.
