Hotel botánico

A few weeks ago we returned home after a few days of holiday. We loved getting to know this place surrounded by fantastic gardens. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed one situated overlooking the garden that faces the spa. In the mornings, we were woken by the sound of the waterfall... We loved the combination of a blue sky and the green of this beautiful garden. We had dinner at The Oriental; the décor and the food were fantastic. The lunches at Palmera Real were pleasant and varied. The staff were fantastic, and we would like to thank everyone for their behaviour towards my husband, who was ill for a few days. All the staff were kind, but we especially remember Pino, the head of reception, who helped us with the medication and prescriptions, as well as, in the following days when my husband was already better, recommending routes around Tenerife with kindness and great detail... We just want to thank everyone, but especially Pino, Antonio, Carlos, Marta, and Elena... We don't remember any more names, just how kind they were... Thank you for an unforgettable few days; we will see you again soon.
