Beautiful Hotel Botanico, happy to recommend
Absolutely beautiful hotel - a wonderful half term break and a visit to the famous Loro Parque nearby. lovely comfortable beds with excellent top quality sheets, soft pillows and a terrace overlooking the mountains and the pool. Whole range of restaurants to choose from: local or international or oriental cuisine. Extensive buffet breakfast and the most amazing spa with a whole range of pools, sauna, hammam, steam and great therapy rooms - certainly worth a visit. The hotel is set in glorious botanical gardens (like the name!) with lovely walks, free mini putting course, orchid house, herb garden and lovely stroll around the parks and ponds. Large outdoor pool where you can enjoy the sun loungers and food and drink. Very well laid out, fully accessible and immaculately decorated. Just outside the hotel you can stroll past local shops and then walk down to a view of the sea and the surf! The hotel and park area is very peaceful, although you are well situated for visiting local sights. Neat system of a free hotel bus that leaves at 7.00 each night if you want to eat or visit the local town. Very friendly staff and we really enjoyed a relaxing visit. Very professional team.
