Fun day at Loro Parque
We had a full day at Loro Parque, (in the north of Tenerife), you need that time if you want to get around and see all the amazing species that they have saved. Also don't forget the great shows - plenty of seating and great fun, really lovely family atmosphere and spotlessly clean. You can have a guided tour or just enjoy at your own pace. There is a glorious free flying aviary where you can see the most amazing birds. Lots of interesting international work going on here showing the conservation work with universities around the world, also encouraging people who currently kill animals to have another source of income. They have saved several species from extinction and received numerous awards from wildlife and tourism groups. Everyone is passionate about the animals and giving them longer and healthier lives so that future generations can enjoy. Most of all it is a great day out, and lots to see and animals you may never have seen in real life before. Fun areas to play, plenty of places to rest and eat and the whole day was a fun experience. ALL ACCESSIBLE which is great for families to visit.
