Papagallo - Great restaurant, not perfect
Friend’s Birthday dinner so wanted to go somewhere up market apart from the restaurants in the town and this certainly was. The service was friendly, but very professional. Seemed most diners were hotel residents. Food and drink orders taken and drinks came quickly and food not much later. Of our party of six people all enjoyed the food. Few niggles; the self service starter buffet had run out of some items by the time we went to use it and there was no attempt to refresh it. The tagliatelle and prawns had only three prawns which seemed rather meagre even if they were large. Some of the desserts were quite large, some ridiculously small. Not a cheap meal but it was special and we enjoyed it
