Unhelpful background service

We went to the Aquarium the first time on January 2025. Love it so much that we went again on Jan 2026. Unfortunately my mobile phone dropped out of my pocket After location, calls and mails, they said they had it and will keep it for me till March, when we could go back from Lisbon to Gran Canaria To my great deception at the Aquarium, my mobile could not be found, when we finally got there. "Lo siento, lo siento"" that ' s all they have to say. Did not even got the trouble to phone their employees to ask if they have taken the phone considering it was lost, or contact the police department for lost item, at their deposit place .
