Worst experience ever (father and 4years old daughter)

Worst experience (father with 4years old daughter) ever . Unfortunately i need to put a star to have the review valid otherwise i would have put 0/5.I purchased the tickets and two fastpasses and obviously there was no blocker or alert that if my daughter’s height is less than 110cm there is no point of buying fast passes. I discovered when i arrived that my fastpasses could not be used byy daughter because of the height and then this means that we cannot do the parc and the attractions together. After almost 30 minutes between the VIP services and the information kiosk, i was given an email as no one physically could take any decision locally. I requested the refund of the fast passes as the personal suggested only to receive an email 24 hours later that my request cannot be considered and the park is really sorry. I do not say that this is not partially my mistake as i almost never read the small letters somewhere on the website but this firm (Siam Park) lacks any human consideration , has a bad management handling client requests and lies to you so that you can leave and they do not want to face you and inform you about their “consideration” . I will keep explaining all the friends that may consider visiting to try to convince them not to go. I believe in the fairness and when i see such a behavior and consideration, my duty is to run away and explain to others why they need to do the same
