Don’t go as a three
Lines were all around 25 minutes which wasn’t bad and most of the queuing areas were in shade which was great. Food, drink and souvenirs once in the park are very affordable. However, we went as a family of three and there were multiple rides we couldn’t ride. Despite them having rubber dinghies specifically for three, they made me wait for another person and my brother and daughter went down without me. I then got fed up of waiting so I walked all the way back down again. There were a further three or more rides we couldn’t access which is pretty appalling given the price paid for tickets.
Siam Park
We’re sorry that your day was affected by the ride allocation arrangements. We understand how disappointing it is when a family cannot enjoy attractions together, especially after planning a day out. Some water attractions require specific raft occupancy and weight distribution for safety and smooth operation, which can occasionally mean combining groups. However, we appreciate that this should be handled with clear communication and as little waiting as possible. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team so we can review how we support odd-numbered groups and make the experience fairer and more straightforward. We’re pleased that you found the queues manageable and enjoyed the value offered throughout the park, but we regret that the overall experience did not feel complete for your family.
