We purchased tickets to visit Siam park online prior to our holiday. We noticed that there were options for reserved seating & so we decided to hire a ‘Balinese bed’. Tickets for entry (2 adults 1 child) & the bed cost us €195 total (the Balinese bed was €75). On arrival it is chaos at the gates of the park but the queues do go down quickly. If you or someone in your party requires an accessible pass - do not wait in the line! Where it says VIP entry, head there & there is a big brown door with a buzzer. Once buzzed in, you arrive in a small office space where you can request ‘fast passes’. We overheard the staff member say that they only give the pass for ‘autism & downs’ so there were lots of people very unhappy & arguing their case with the staff member. If you have a physical condition or require a wheelchair *warning* every water slide is up a mountain of stairs & the park is huge & not flat so it’s constant uphill/downhill battles. The slides are very vigorous & not for the faint hearted, this could hinder someone with a physical condition. Side note: they do ask for proof of the condition so I recommend getting an ‘access card’ which is recognised in many places world wide, or a photo of your blue badge or DLA forms. Also the person with additional needs & 1 other guest gets a fast pass. So we purchased an additional pass which cost us €38. Once inside the park, most people’s advice is to head to find a locker. As we had the Balinese beds we didn’t need to do this as we had a secure base. I spoke to a lady later in the day & she waited 50mins in line to get a locker, it really is chaos! But unless someone is going to be with your belongings all day I would say a locker is essential as the park is so big & I bet a lot of theft takes place. The Balinese beds are in the ‘coco beach’ area which is perfect for families with smaller children. It has a smaller wave pool & the seating is like a little cove. There are only 3 Balinese beds so I would recommend booking before arrival. This area was the least busy part of the park, it’s also the furthest area away from everything in the park but we did not mind. It had its own pool, toilets & a beach cafe. We had food, drinks & icecreams for 3 & spent €60 euro which we thought was really good! Side note: no one directed us where to go to find our beds, it was literally a guess. & even when we found where they were, no one checked anything so if the beds weren’t booked, anyone could sit there & it would go under the radar. This park is really great, we have been to the Florida water parks & would say this is every bit as good! The only thing to complain about are the staff working in the shops or food outlets - they are purposely rude, almost like they didn’t like English people. The staff on the rides were helpful & nice enough.
Siam Park
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review. We’re delighted that your family enjoyed Siam Park and that the Coco Beach area and Balinese bed helped make your day more comfortable. We’re sorry that the arrival and accessibility process felt confusing and upsetting. Our access arrangements are assessed according to each guest’s individual needs, and supporting documentation may be requested so that the appropriate assistance can be provided fairly and safely. We will share your comments with the team, particularly regarding the clarity and sensitivity of the information given at the entrance. Our attractions also have specific safety requirements, and we encourage guests with mobility or medical concerns to contact us before visiting so we can offer the most suitable guidance. We’re also reviewing how guests are directed to reserved Balinese beds and how their use is monitored. Your comments are helpful in identifying where the experience can be made clearer. While busy periods naturally bring queues—something shared by leading waterparks worldwide—our aim is always to make the arrival process as smooth as possible. We are disappointed that some interactions in the retail and food areas did not reflect our standards of courtesy and hospitality, and this will be passed to the relevant managers. We hope to welcome you and your family back for an even more enjoyable visit.
