Awful customer service
Staff are useless dont listen and think its exceptable to be overcharged and when queried they charged the kids as adults even after asking there ages . The spanish lady told us to wait 15 mins to be seen . Gave up in the end . Spanish lady was not helpful at all on the front desk . No manners and very very rude witch was upsetting my kids. Rated at a 3 but customer service skills was shocking, A massive 1 *
