Siam Park (820)

16th June 2026

Well, Overall I think the park looks amazing, is clean, and the food is decent. Me and my girlfriend book the all inclusive ticket and I think it’s definitely worth it! Although, we went on a ride called kinnaree. It is a 4 person ride and they only put myself and my girlfriend on. Half way down the ride my girlfriend fell off and smacked her head on the slide. There was no possible way I could do anything to help her due to the speed that we were going. This then happened again going down the slide and she fell out of the rubber ring and was unable to get back in. Therefore she had to complete the rest of the slide on her own without a rubber ring! When we came off into the pool at the bottom she ended up underneath the rubber ring and I was trying to get off to help her. The so called ‘lifeguard ’ stood there and just watched. Didn’t ask if she was ok. Didn’t ask if any medical assistance was needed. As a result we had to leave the park after only 2 hours of being there. Then a trip to the hospital which as we’re only holiday was obviously not cheap. Overall I think it’s a great park but I really think there are some additional health and safety measures that need to be put in place.

Thank you for sharing this with us. We are genuinely sorry that a day which should have been full of fun and great memories ended in such a distressing way. Guest safety is our absolute priority, and any situation involving discomfort, injury or a perceived lack of assistance is taken very seriously. Our attractions operate under established safety protocols and supervision procedures, but feedback like this is important because it helps us review what happened and identify where our team response may need reinforcement. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
