Horrible
I was very disappointed with my experience at Siam Park. As someone who weighs over 17 stone, I felt embarrassed and singled out when I was asked to be weighed in front of other guests to check whether I met the 110 kg weight limit for certain rides. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I saw several other people who appeared to be well over the stated limit still being allowed on the rides, while I was refused. This made the rules seem inconsistent and unfair. I completely understand that safety regulations are important, and I respect the need for weight restrictions where required. However, the way the process was handled lacked privacy and dignity. Being weighed publicly was uncomfortable and humiliating, especially in a busy queue with other guests watching. I had been looking forward to visiting Siam Park, but this experience left me feeling upset and excluded. I believe there should be a more discreet way of checking guests’ eligibility for rides and greater consistency in how the rules are applied.
