Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad the attractions themselves stood out positively, but we’re sorry that the amount of waiting affected your day so much. Siam Park is one of the most visited waterparks in the world, and during peak periods demand can be very high — much like other major theme parks and waterparks internationally. Even with extended staffing, capacity controls and operational planning, some waiting times are unfortunately unavoidable when attendance is at its highest. That said, we understand how frustrating it can feel when it becomes a major part of the visit. Our Fast Pass option is designed to help guests make the most of busier days, though we know it is not the ideal solution for everyone. We always recommend arriving early, planning the most popular attractions first, and checking the best visiting times where possible. Regarding the wave pool, the timing is managed with guest safety and pool circulation in mind, especially when the area is busy. We appreciate your honest feedback and will continue working on ways to improve guest flow and overall comfort throughout the park. We hope the quality of the rides may encourage you to give Siam Park another chance on a quieter day.
