Hectic busy place
It was a hot, busy July day. We couldn’t get in at 1st, one of our qr codes didn’t scan even though they were all printed on the same sheet. (We booked through our hotel) So had to go to guest relations. Queued ages for a locker which is crazy for the price they charge. Eventually got sunbeds by the wave pool where we also found another locker area which was either closed or just not busy. So wish we waited to get a locker instead of wasting 30+ mins queuing for them. Theirs places to leave footwear at the beginning of slides but my son got his north face sliders stolen. So we had to buy some water shoes as that was the only footwear he had. Who steals used sliders? Couldn’t justify spending another 38euros each on a fast pass so only got on 4 slides all day. It is a great water park but if we returned would do things differently to make the most of the day and would wear old worn out sliders so people wouldn’t want to steal them.
Siam Park
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful account of your visit. July can be one of the most intense periods of the year at Siam Park, and while the atmosphere is part of what makes the park so popular, we completely understand that waiting times and busy areas can make the day feel more hectic than relaxing. We’re sorry your arrival was delayed due to the ticket scan issue. When bookings are made through third parties, our team sometimes needs to verify details manually, but we know this is frustrating when you’re eager to start your day. We’ll continue working with our partners to make this process smoother. Regarding lockers, demand is highest early in the day and in the most visible areas, so we appreciate your feedback. There are different locker zones around the park, and our team is always happy to direct guests to quieter alternatives when available. We also regret the situation with the missing footwear. While incidents like this are uncommon, we always recommend keeping valuables and personal items secured whenever possible, and our Guest Services team can assist with lost property reports. Siam Park is a very successful and highly visited park, especially in peak holiday months, so queues can be similar to those found at major theme parks around the world. Fast Pass is offered as an optional way to reduce waiting, but we understand it is an extra cost and may not suit every family’s plans. We’re glad you still felt the park itself was great, and we’d love to welcome you back for a smoother experience. Arriving early, heading first to the most popular attractions, using the quieter locker points, and planning footwear/storage carefully can make a big difference during high season.
