Beware Thieves About!
Stolen crocs spoilt our day!!! My son went on a slide and when he returned to get his crocs they had been stolen. We have since learned that this is a regular occurrence at Siam Park. This was made worse as my son has autism so it upset him massively. I appreciate that it is not the fault of the Park but staff were so rude and unhelpful when asked if they had lost property. Made this an expensive day out too!

While footwear is left unattended at guests’ own responsibility, our team should always respond with patience, kindness and a genuine willingness to help. This is not the experience we want to provide, and we will share your comments with the relevant management team so the handling of these situations can be reviewed. We encourage guests to use the lockers available throughout the park for valuables and personal items whenever possible, but we understand this does not change what happened on your visit.
