Really good to go ot but staff let the place down
must admit getting this and going to siam park with teenagers and them having a good time and you can relax and chill whilst they go and do the rides and the lazy river looked great, Only issue i experienced was some staff in the souvenier shop and one of the eating places were very rude, would have been nice to have seen a smile on their faces but no nothing, I found the staff very unhappy and as though they didnt really want to be there. Also they take your photograph when you firt arrive and its not very well advertised where to collect and but saying that when we did find out where to go the staff here were nice and tryed to find the photograph for you

It is wonderful to know your teenagers had such an enjoyable day while you were able to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere too. We are sorry that parts of the service did not reflect the friendly, welcoming experience we aim to provide. Courtesy and positive energy should be present across every area of the park, and your comments will be passed on to the relevant teams for review. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the arrival photographs. We are pleased our colleagues were able to assist when you reached the photo point, but the collection process should be much clearer from the start.
