Disabled access
We went as a family parents, children, grandparents, my wife is in a scooter. I checked their website and no information for disabled people at all. On arrival we were told no access as we needed to hire 1 of their scooters I explained that no where on their website states what to do if you are disabled !!! After talking to 2 girls on payment desk we were referred to information who said the same, after me discussing the issue ? With him he finally agreed we could go in the park, I stated again it should be on their web site to help disabled people and not make them feel like second class citizens!

We are truly sorry that the start of your family day felt so difficult and upsetting. Every guest should be welcomed with respect and understanding, and it is especially important that accessibility arrangements are clear before arriving. Your feedback highlights that our online information needs to be much easier to find and more specific, so families can plan with confidence rather than having to seek answers at the entrance. We are also sorry that it took several conversations to reach a solution. This is not the level of care we want to provide. We will share your comments with the relevant teams to review both the communication on our website and the way these situations are handled on arrival. Thank you for raising this important matter.
