Humiliating

I took my son to see the 11.45 orca show 17/07/26 I bought a poncho from a member of staff which i believe was €1 she accepted the money, even looked at the coins then walked away- ten minutes into the show I was escorted away not only by a member of staff but also a security guard with my son in tow - massively humiliating! I was taken out of the show to be told I owed €2 which I immediately paid, I clearly mis heard the price of the poncho, why didn’t the member of staff just correct me at the time of paying ? Hauled out like some criminal in front of 100s of people, my son got upset thinking we had done something wrong and were being stopped from watching the show. Completely disgusting treatment on their part.
