Siam Park (820)

Get there early!

We arrived as early as we could, about half nine. The park staff really didn’t make it very easy to disperse out and find places to sit, they were funnelling us through a photo opportunity which slowed us down so much! The maps are a bit useless, and the paper ones are not much better. There’s no indication on there of the ride level or height limits so unless you Google everything in advance you can get a bit lost. We settled down at the Lost City which was a good base for a family. We rode the Dragon, the Jungle Snakes, and the river rapids and lazy river before the queues just got absolutely stupid. Food was good quality but on the pricey side. I would cave in and get fast passes if we returned in future.

Siam Park

Thank you for sharing such helpful feedback. We’re pleased your family found a comfortable base and enjoyed the attractions and food quality. We’re sorry the arrival flow and photography area made the start of your visit feel slower than expected. Our team aims to welcome guests while keeping entry moving, and we’ll review how this area is managed during busy periods. We also appreciate the comments about the maps and attraction information; clear height requirements and ride details are important for planning a family day, and your suggestion will be passed to the relevant team. As with many leading waterparks and theme parks, demand can create longer waits during peak periods—particularly once the park fills up. Our priority is always to keep the attractions operating safely and efficiently, while options such as the Fast Pass can provide greater flexibility on exceptionally busy days. We hope to welcome you back for an even smoother experience.
