Coach from los gigantes. No major queues to get in. Got lockers quickly and deckchairs by lost city. Bring pool shoes for ease of walking in heat. We didn’t do all the slides as queues got long and the kids aren’t brave . Loved the snakes. Lazy river with the rapids section was brilliant - did it twice with no major wait. Food good and again not too busy. Gift shops plenty of choice. Uv tops also available and phone holders in shop. Changing area good and clean.

It’s wonderful to hear that the Lazy River and rapids were highlights, and that the Snake Slide brought plenty of fun for the family. During busy periods, some of our most popular attractions can naturally develop longer waits—much like at other leading theme parks—but there are always quieter experiences to enjoy throughout the day.
