Bad service and disappointing shows

I was at the park yesterday, and i tried to rent a stroller, but the lady at the information wasn’t doing it. I told her that I would rent a stroller, she told what it cost, and the help her coworker (which was not the problem). Then she help another customer, and I ask her a question and had the money ready. She then help another customer, and I startet to wave whit the money, she then said ‘One moment’ and help a few other customers. So I walk away, I don’t want to pay for that bad service.. And the shows are mostly in spanish and the sound is so low. The shows are nothing like the ones at palmitos park, så we were disappointed. And to must of the time was about rescue and not what the animal could do. Only the sea lions was a really good show. The killer whale show was good
