Avoid scam park at all costs!
Siam park? Change your name to scam park. 40+ euros pp for a standard ticket, we arrived at around 10am (when the attractions open) only to be told that all of the fast passes are already sold out! As a result we only got to go on 5 attractions in the 8 hours that we were there, we took about half hour break for lunch and that was it. The queues for each ride were an hour + so we spent 80+ euros between us to stand in queues for a majority of the day because the park let way too many people in. They don’t care about your experience, just the profits. There are rides where you wait at the bottom of the slide and just have to hope that you can get a rubber ring as there’s so many people standing there, pushing in, you literally have to fight people to get a rubber ring because they have no organisation, no controlled way to obtain a rubber ring and again let way too many people in the park at one time. On top of that, me and my partner paid 10 euros for a locker, which we assumed would be returned when we gave the key back to a staff member. I tried to return the key and asked for my 10 euros back, only to be told it’s NON REFUNDABLE?! As a result, I waved the key in the staff members face and told her I’m keeping the key then. If my money is non refundable then I have officially made a purchase in my opinion which means I now own the key. If you do choose to go to scam park, if you get a locker, I would advise you to do the same thing so they can realise just how much of a scam that is. I would not waste a day of your holiday to go and stand in hour long queues for rides that last less than 30 seconds. Avoid this place like the plague, it will just rob you of your money and your holiday time.
Siam Park
We are sorry that the day did not meet your expectations. On very busy dates, demand can be exceptionally high, as happens at leading water and theme parks worldwide, and this can affect both attraction waiting times and the availability of premium access options. Our teams continuously monitor capacity and operations to keep the experience as smooth, safe and enjoyable as possible. Regarding lockers, the charge is a rental fee for the day rather than a refundable deposit. This information should always be made clear at the point of purchase, and we regret if this was not communicated clearly in your case. Locker keys remain park property and must be returned after use. Safety and respectful behaviour are essential in all areas of the park, including where equipment is collected. Our staff are there to assist, and any concerns during a visit should be raised with a supervisor immediately so that they can intervene and help.
