Siam Park (820)

Crowds and queues

If you like navigating your way through hoards of people and queueing for literally everything, then this is the place for you!! Book tickets in advance online, use their website to plan the rides you want to go on, or else you will spend most of your day wandering aimlessly whilst everyone else appears to know where they are going. We arrived around 9.30am,got in quite quickly, then were 'forced' to have pictures taken even though we had no intention of buying these...we just wanted to get to a place where we could base ourselves for the day. We found the whole park very badly signposted. I know it's peak season, but the queues were unreasonably lengthy, even to get food/drinks. At least there was lots of shade. The rides were good, but the number of people everywhere made it a less enjoyable experience. Done it once, wouldn't rush back.

Siam Park

We are sorry that the day felt more like a logistical challenge than a relaxing escape. During the busiest holiday periods, demand can be exceptionally high—much like at other leading theme parks—and this can affect availability across the park, including dining areas. That said, we understand that this should not take away from the enjoyment of the experience. Your comments about wayfinding and the arrival experience are especially valuable. Guests should feel able to settle in quickly and move around confidently, while photography opportunities should always feel optional and never hold anyone up. We will share this feedback with the relevant teams. We are pleased the attractions and shaded areas brought some positives to the day, but regret that the overall atmosphere did not meet expectations.
