Great day locked behind a paywall
Begrudgingly giving a 4*. The park is amazing. I’ve been to a lot of water parks over the world and this probably is the best for theming and slide selection. €50 admission fee is ok. It’s rocketed over the last few years but just about still value. Food and drink selections were good and priced reasonably. What lets this place down is the gigantic queues. We were there for opening and got on a few slides quickly but after the first hour the day went downhill quickly. The park needs to address its capacity management system. Spoils the experience for all apart from those with the fast pass and VIP bands. Such a shame they have put what should be a great day out for all behind a paywall but I suppose that’s just corporate greed nowadays rather than catering for all guests. Still worth a trip but if you are going as a group of 6+ it’s probably worth getting a cabana and the VIP bands for unlimited fast pass access or you will loose 70% of your day in queues
Siam Park
We’re delighted that Siam Park’s setting, attractions and overall experience made such a strong impression. It’s disappointing, however, when waiting times begin to take away from the enjoyment of the day. As with the world’s most popular theme parks, especially during peak periods, demand can become concentrated around the headline attractions. Our team continually reviews operations, ride capacity and guest flow to reduce delays wherever possible. Priority options are available to give guests more flexibility, but we understand that the best experience should not feel dependent on purchasing an upgrade. Your comments are valuable, particularly regarding capacity management and the balance between accessibility and convenience.
