You won’t enjoy without a Fast Pass!
If you don’t have a Fast Pass you will struggle to enjoy your day. We arrived at the park at 9am. One hour before the rides open! We queued for a fast pass only to be told they had sold out already. We got ourselves ready and headed to our first slide. After only doing two slides back to back it was nearly 12:30pm. Crazy!! People with fast passes are heavily prioritised to the point where we moved up two steps in the queue to see a family pass us for the second time in the fast pass queue. You cannot get round all the rides without one. They weren’t being checked properly either so it meant people with a fast pass that could only go on the ride once, got to go on it a few times whilst the rest of just stood on the steps. It’s almost like we all got in for free and the fast pass people paid so we should wait. We followed all the tips of queuing for popular ones first etc but still found it unbearable. The wait times are so inaccurate because you don’t move very far without them taking more and more fast past people. It’s as simple as this. If you can’t round the attractions with being there for the entire opening hours, then you have too many people in the park. You cannot charge people money to enter a water park to basically tell them go and enjoy a few rides and come back next year sure to try the rest. Siam park will of course say they are a busy theme park etc but that’s no excuse. I’ve been to countless water and theme parks all around the world in peak times and have not encountered the likes of here today. There needs to be a cap. You don’t just keep letting people in because you’re popular. The park is really badly signposted too! Oh and there’s one changing area for all of these thousands of people. It’s a shame. The park could be exceptional but unfortunately greed has made them anything but.
Siam Park
We are genuinely sorry that the day felt frustrating rather than enjoyable. A visit should offer a good balance of excitement and relaxation, and it is disappointing to know that this was not your experience. Demand can be exceptionally high on certain dates, as happens at leading parks around the world during peak holiday periods, but popularity must never become a reason for guests to feel overlooked. Our team continually reviews attendance levels, queue management and the availability of premium access options to protect the experience for every visitor. Priority access is designed with clear conditions, and it should always be monitored correctly. Your comments regarding its use and the impact on the regular lines have been shared with the relevant operational teams for review. We also take seriously your observations on wayfinding and guest facilities, as these details make a real difference to how smoothly a day unfolds. We regret that we did not deliver the exceptional visit you had expected, and we appreciate the direct feedback.
