Love it, but prices have gone UP!!
This is maybe our tenth visit to siam park voer about 7 years. We love this park and honestly it's one of the main reasons we come back to tenerife. This year has been a little worse than previous year's. The park is very popular and it's always busy, there is always a wait for the rides. In previous years we've managed to buy a fast pass, go on three or four rides normal queue and then use the fast pass to go on each of the rides again, after which it's about 3pm and the families start dropping off and we could go on whatever ride we wanted to on normal queues again. This year was very different. Firstly, the day ticket has increased significantly since we were last here. And the price of the limited fast past has also increased dramatically. The price of the limited fast pass is now almost as much as the entry ticket. Entry is 48 euros and the fast pass was 38 euros. But due to just how popular this park has become (and deservedly so, it's amazing) it just wasn't possible to queue normally for the attractions without waiting for a minimum of an hour. The normal queues were always right down to the start of the queue, by the time you've spent so long queueing for it. Youre just kinda over it. So we used our fast passes and we're glad we got them, but there are also a LOT of people with the VIP passes which are unlimited fast pass. So these queues were often still twenty minutes minimum. The staff also did not seem to be having a good time. There was very poor management of both queues. They did seem to prioritise fast pass and VIP, and I feel like a better balance would be, two regular riders per one fast/VIP rider. Currently it's more 1 regular per 2 fast/VIP and I think that really destroys the value of the park. Especially when it's nearly 50 euros a ticket, and for some families this might have been the big splurge of the holiday. The food was still of a good standard, but again, this has drastically increased in price, we used to comment how this was one of the very few parks that didn't charge extortionate amounts for food, but that's not the case any more. A (small) sachet of ketchup was 50cents. Overall, one burger one chicken tenders, two chips, two drinks and two sauces cost us 30 euros. That's just not value for money any more. It's a sincere shame. The lark has been voted the best wsterpark in the world for many many years running. But it feels now that the direction has shifted, and their focus is on making money over providing a world class experience. We'll be back again, we love it, but we can't see this winning best park of the year again in the way it's currently working.

Knowing that the park has been an important part of your Tenerife holidays makes your comments especially valuable to us. Siam Park’s popularity has grown considerably, much like other world-renowned theme parks, and peak-season demand can unfortunately lead to longer waits and greater pressure on the different queue systems. That said, popularity must never come at the expense of a well-managed, enjoyable day. We are sorry that the balance between regular access and priority services did not feel fair, and that some of our team members appeared under pressure. Your observations will be shared with the relevant departments for review. We also understand that any increase in the overall cost of a visit needs to be matched by a strong sense of value, including food and refreshments inside the park. We are continually assessing our prices and service standards to ensure they reflect the quality and experience we aim to provide.
