Loro Parque (184)

Awful day out very disappointed kiddies

On arrival there was no parking and had to park over a mile away up the mountain. Once you entered the park you was herded like cattle to each area. Only to queue up for the main attractions of seeing the sea lions, dolphins and orcas to be turned away saying they were full. This happened several times before we were able to get into a show which we had to arrive 1 HR before the show starting. Whilst watching the show we did notice over 100 empty seats also the show was in Spanish which for young children that can not read the screen couldn't understand what was going on. We were extremely disappointed especially with the cost of the tickets. That we only managed to see 1 show out of 4. There should be away of everyone being able to see the shows who has purchased a ticket. My 2 children where extremely disappointed as they had looked forward to Loro parque for weeks. Also on using the toilets the lock broke and 1 of us got stuck in the toilet having to crawl under the door, with no help. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The only positive I could see was that the park was very clean.
