Great park but tickets oversold
4th visit from us and not sure if will return! The park must have been at full capacity and the queues were huge. The lazy river was not lazy, a fight nearly breaking out due to the amount of people trying to get on the rapids. If I had young children would definitely not want to come. We ended up buying VIP tickets to skip some queues but ended up costing over 500 euros for 4 of us. They VIP sales people told us food was included but when we got to the restaurant turned out it wasn’t!! Even with VIP pass we still had to queue a lot, the fast passes were sold out by 10.30am! The rides are brilliant and loads of fun, but not sure if it’s worth it in the summer, Easter is much better.

Summer dates can be exceptionally busy at leading water and theme parks, and demand for priority access can be very high from early in the day. However, we understand that a premium upgrade should make a meaningful difference to the day, and it is frustrating when the expected time-saving benefit feels limited. Park attendance is operated within authorised capacity and safety standards, but we continuously review guest flow, ride operations and the availability of priority products during peak periods. Unlimited Fast Pass (99€) allows to skip the queues as much as you want but no other services. All-Inclusive Ticket (169€) includes entrance to the Park, Unlimited Fast Pass, all-inclusive in bars & restaurants, towel and locker. Guest safety and a respectful atmosphere are non-negotiable, including in the river attractions. Any situation where visitors feel uncomfortable should be reported to a nearby lifeguard or staff member immediately, allowing our team to intervene without delay. We truly appreciate your recognition of the attractions themselves and hope we can restore your confidence for a future visit at a quieter time of year.
