Avoid peak season as it’s busy

I can imagine this park would be great outside of the summer holidays, with it being August the queues were extremely long. If I was to go again I’d either go in the night or buy the overpriced fast track. We managed to get on every ride except the wave pool and lazy river, we saved them both until last around 5pm but both were closed when we arrived which was disappointing. The food options were limited if you have allergens or vegetarian/vegan like our family which was also disappointing considering the costs. I’d recommend for a time outside of school holidays. The sea lion in the pool out front is also saddening, small pool and they perform, completely unnecessary as everyone is too busy on the rides, they perform for no reason! Best to be kept in the wild :(

Siam Park

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. August is naturally one of our busiest periods, as happens at leading water and theme parks across popular holiday destinations. We understand that this can make the day feel very different from a quieter visit, and our night-time experiences or visiting outside school-holiday dates can be great alternatives for guests seeking a more relaxed pace. We are sorry that some attractions were unavailable towards the end of your visit. Operating schedules can occasionally change for safety or maintenance, and our team should always be happy to advise on closing times so guests can plan their final hours accordingly. Your comments about dietary choice are especially valuable. We want every family to be able to enjoy a comfortable meal, and we will share this with our dedicated team as we continue improving allergen-friendly and plant-based options. Guests with dietary requirements can also speak with the restaurant teams on arrival for ingredient guidance. Animal welfare is taken extremely seriously at Siam Park. The sea lions are cared for daily by specialist teams, with veterinary oversight, environmental enrichment and training based on positive reinforcement. Their care and wellbeing remain the priority at all times. We appreciate the recommendation to choose a quieter period and hope a future visit gives you the smoother, more complete day you were hoping for.
