Don’t go in August
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9:00am before the park opened, hoping to get in early and make the most of our day, but even then the main car park was already full. The park was extremely overcrowded, and despite paying for standard admission tickets we only managed to experience one ride for the entire day. The rest of the day was spent waiting in extremely long queues, which made the ticket price feel completely unjustified. The wave pool was also disappointing compared to our previous visit. Previously the waves were continuous and one of the highlights of Siam Park, but this time there were long gaps between waves, which made the experience feel very different. If you are thinking of visiting in August, I would seriously reconsider unless you are prepared to pay extra for a Fast Pass. With normal tickets, it felt impossible to experience enough of the park due to the crowds. Siam Park itself is a beautiful place with great attractions, but the number of visitors being allowed in had a huge impact on the experience. Leaving after only one ride was extremely disappointing, especially after paying full admission.
Siam Park
We’re sorry the day did not deliver the fun and value you were looking forward to. August is one of the busiest periods in Tenerife, and—like the most popular theme parks worldwide—demand can create longer waits despite operational planning and capacity controls designed to keep every guest safe. Arriving early is always a good strategy, although parking availability can fill quickly during peak holiday weeks. For future visits in this season, pre-booking Premium access or choosing a quieter date can make a significant difference to the pace of the day. Our wave sessions are scheduled with safety and operational conditions in mind. We understand how noticeable that can be when you have enjoyed a different rhythm on a previous visit. It is encouraging that you still recognised the park’s setting and attractions, but we regret that the overall experience fell so far short. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams as we continue working to manage peak-period demand as smoothly as possible.
