Access Pass - why so difficult!

What an absolutely amazing water park. Truly amazing. I cannot say the same for the customer service, thus the 1 star If you have an autistic child and wider family there is one big problem. Fast passes. I had heard fast passes sell out very quickly so before our visit messaged the park to confirm that in addition to the 2 complementary fast passes we would be able to buy 2 for the rest of our family so that we could go on rides together and not be apart all day. We arrive at the park at 9.35. After obtaining entry and waiting in a queue in the information office we are served at 9.50 and given our complementary fast passes. I ask to buy 2 more fast passes and are told we will need to purchase these in the park but there will be no problem given the time. Only there was! They were all sold out. Thankfully I had my email so after going back to the information office and complaining, about 30 minutes later I had my fast passes. If I hadn’t, our day would have been ruined Please Siam Park, let families buy additional fast passes from your office if one of the family has special needs. This was a stressful, difficult experience, more so when the reason you need an access pass is because of the anxiety your child suffers with.

Siam Park

We are very sorry that an issue which should have been handled smoothly added stress to your family’s day. Our aim is for every guest to feel supported from the moment they arrive, particularly when an Access Pass is needed. We understand how important it is for families to stay together and plan their day with confidence. Being directed to purchase the additional passes elsewhere, only to find availability had ended, was understandably frustrating. We are pleased the team was ultimately able to resolve it, but this should not have required further waiting or a complaint. Priority products can sell out quickly on busy days, as happens at many popular theme parks, but this must be communicated accurately and with particular care in accessibility-related cases. Your suggestion regarding the option to arrange additional family passes directly through the appropriate office is valuable, and we will share it with the relevant teams to review both the process and the guidance given to guests before and during their visit. Thank you for recognising the effort behind the park itself, and for raising this so clearly.
