Fantastic family day out – great support for autistic visitors

Fantastic family day out and definitely not to be missed if you're visiting Tenerife! I have mobility issues, so a lot of the park wasn't particularly suitable for me, but I still had a really enjoyable day. I spent most of my time relaxing at Siam Beach, swimming and jumping the waves at the Wave Palace, and floating around the Mai Thai River, while my husband and son enjoyed the rides. My son is autistic and we were given fast-pass wristbands, which made a huge difference to his experience. They never had to queue for more than around 10 minutes, which meant he was able to enjoy the rides without becoming overwhelmed by long waits. They went on plenty of rides, their favourites were Kinnaree, The Giant and Singha. The only let down was they really wanted to try The Dragon but found it surprisingly difficult to find their way to it! Even though I couldn't make the most of all the attractions myself, there was still enough for me to enjoy while they went off on the rides, so it worked really well for us as a family. We had a fantastic day and would definitely recommend Siam Park, particularly for families with older children who love water rides.
