Buy the Fast Pass. Learn from my mistake.

Went mid August, two adults and three kids. The slides are genuinely brilliant and the kids loved it. Actually getting on them was the problem. Couldn't park at the park, ended up at the mall down the road. Not a disaster but not what I expected somewhere this size. The main thing is the Fast Pass. I didn't buy one because I didn't realise it was essential. Worked that out while stuck in a long queue watching the fast lane go round again and again on the blue mat ride. By then they'd sold out. Tried Coco Beach, sold out. Tried another kiosk, same. It's €38 a head which adds up for a family of five, but I'd have paid it. If you go in summer, buy them the second you're through the gate. Then the water. Asked at the Coco restaurant to fill my bottle. Machine empty, tap water not an option, and staff said nowhere else in the park would refill it either. August, hot, kids with us. Telling people they can't have water is a poor look whatever the reason. Met another family who'd spent over £500 on tickets. The mum hadn't been on a single ride, she was only there to watch the kids, still paid full adult price. They left early because a taxi back was going to be £180. She wished she'd got the fast pass too. Three stars. The rides deserve the hype. But between the queues, the sold out passes and being refused water, most of the day was standing around. Kids had a great time. I wouldn't go back.

Siam Park

We’re truly sorry that your visit didn’t leave you with the experience you were hoping for. It’s wonderful to hear that your children enjoyed the attractions, but we understand how frustrating it must have been to spend so much of the day waiting in queues and then discover that Fast Passes had already sold out. During the summer months, Siam Park welcomes a very high number of visitors, and while this reflects the park’s popularity, we know it can affect the overall experience. We’re especially concerned by your comments about being unable to refill your water bottle. Keeping our guests hydrated, particularly during the warmer months and for families with children, is extremely important to us. What you describe is not the experience we want anyone to have, and we will share your feedback with the relevant team so it can be carefully reviewed. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback. Comments like yours help us identify where we can improve, and we hope that, despite the disappointments, you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide the experience that so many families remember for all the right reasons.
