Money making over customer experience
The park was genuinely uncomfortable. Far too many tickets sold! Everwhere was extremely overcrowded and wherever you stopped you felt like you were in somebodys way. Zero open spaces, crowded walkways, confusing signage/maps, grumpy staff! Such a shame as I had fond memories of this park from 12 years ago. It felt a relief to get out of the exit. If I had not arrived by coach I would have left an hour after entering. Appears just like Siam Park that money making is clearly more important than customer experience.
