If you are disabled… forget it!
Beware this place, went in today to be told in advance that there is full support for people with disabilities. Once you are through the door however that changes, you are only classed as disabled if you have “down syndrome or autism”!! If you have a physical issue they don’t want to know and refuse to help. You are subjected to beyond horrendous queues, most rides are at least a 2 hour wait if you could stand that long. The lazy river has the fun of queuing both before hand and then being a lazy river queue when you are on it as they don’t seem to have a safe capacity limit. We waited 45 minutes for a locker and 30 mins to claim the “free” lunch. Only go if you love to queue and waste money. They have no issue supporting you if you want to spend a further €99pp on fast passes however beware those queues are just as bad. Never again! Finally the staff… very easy to describe… rude, rude and rude again.
