Siam Park (820)

2 hour queues, and mind your purse!

Dreadful experience. Amazing venue and rides but they admit so many people it feels unsafe. Queues for rides were 2 hours long (for a ride that lasted seconds). We got there for opening and managed 3 rides all day! To top it off my purse was stolen from inside my bag outside the gate at 6pm in all the chaos of the coaches and taxis - it is horrendous at that time and feels chaotic and very unsafe. Since reading up on this online I have learned that this is a hotspot for pickpockets disguising as tourists. Please be careful. I lost all my money and cards. I would never return. I have been unable to reach them by phone or email. They don’t answer. Even without the loss of my purse - we were so disappointed, to pay all that money and not be able to access the rides we were all so excited about. Even the fast passes and those with VIP bands were queuing for around an hour on lots of the rides. Everyone was so frustrated. I have no idea how this place is so highly rated.

Siam Park

We’re truly sorry that your visit ended in such a distressing way. Having personal belongings stolen is an upsetting experience, and we sincerely regret that this happened after your day at the park. We also apologise that you were unable to get in touch with us afterwards, especially when you were looking for assistance. We understand how disappointing it is when high attendance means spending more time waiting than enjoying the attractions. During peak holiday periods, our most popular rides can experience significantly higher demand, but we know that every moment of your visit is valuable and that this can affect the overall experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Comments such as yours help us continue reviewing all aspects of the guest experience, including operations and communication. We hope that, despite this unfortunate experience, we may have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the enjoyable day that so many of our guests remember at Siam Park.
