Overhyped Water Park

I’m writing this review based on my experience during peak visiting times. First the pros: Fair price compared to some other water parks and affordable for a family of four. When you get on one of the attractions/slides, they are great!Exactly how you would hope them to be, thrilling and really enjoyable. Staff are also very helpful when you get to the attraction. Cons/negatives: the park is overcrowded and it appears capacity is not controlled. This leads to long queues forming. We did not have a fast pass so can’t comment on an experience with a fast pass. We managed to get on 4 rides in the 6 hours we were there. The worst/longest queue was for the lazy river so unable to experience that. There was also a long queue for food/drink at the Coco Beach main food outlet which was constant throughout the day. Therefore I was unable to claim the free burger that came with our tickets when booking through Attraction Tickets. Signage to the rides is also poor. Theming ok. Random music played not in keeping with the theming. In summary. I could not recommend visiting at peak times based on our experience as a family, however I’m well aware that this is likely the only time most families can visit. The experience may be better outside of peak times.
