Siam Park (820)

Massively overcrowded and completely disappointing night visit

Having visited Siam Park at night previously and had a great experience with manageable crowds, we decided to return for another evening session (8 PM to 12 AM). Unfortunately, this visit was a huge letdown, and it’s hard to see it as anything other than corporate greed at the expense of paying customers. For a park only open for a short four-hour window, you would reasonably expect management to cap ticket sales to ensure guests can actually enjoy the attractions. Instead, the park was dangerously and uncomfortably overcrowded. We managed to get on just two slides, but after that, every single ride had an unbearable 1.5-hour wait time. When we asked a member of staff why it was so overwhelmingly busy, they simply shrugged and blamed it on "because it's Tuesday." That explanation made zero sense and felt like a dismissive cop-out.We paid good money for what should have been a fun, atmospheric night under the stars. Instead, we spent almost the entire evening crammed into massive queues, managing only a fraction of the rides we did on our last trip.If Siam Park is going to pack the park out to maximum capacity for a short 4-hour slot, they are prioritizing profit over customer experience. Based on this severe disappointment, we won't be rushing back.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We are sorry that your Siam Night visit did not provide the flowing, atmospheric evening you had anticipated. Demand can be particularly high on certain nights during the season, but we understand that this should not overshadow the time available to enjoy the experience. Your comments about the queues and the response you received from our team are important to us and will be shared internally.
