Memorize the site map before you go as sign posting is a joke

Honestly, this places is such a rip-off and designed to free you of all your money while giving very, very poor service. GOOD POINTS The rides: This are excellent and we have been twice now and it's a real thrill. BAD POINTS Fast Pass — Hmmm, if you book a day & night ticket like us, you cannot use the Fast Pass for both sessions. However the queues mostly are very short in the night but some rides are still very, very long like Sipha and Singa. For day sessions, the Fast Pass is worth getting because many queues are 40 minutes. . Lockers — Some locker locations are closed at night leading to horrendously long queues to store your stuff. Other areas like Coco beach are completely shut so that there are fewer toilets and longer queues. Water temperature — Despite being advertised as heated to 25 degrees at night, some locations have very cold water still. So walking around on a cool night can get pretty chilly. Safety — The night staff are incredibly relaxed when it comes to safety and not bothering to make sure all riders are secured in the boats properly, allowing some riders to go down in 4-person boats with their knees up by their faces. This is an extremely risky practice and needs stamping out before someone is badly injured. Sign posting — this is our second trip in 2 years and the sign posting is still a joke. As a designer, I can tell you the on-site maps dotted around the park are not big enough, not detailed enough, there are not enough - which leads to much time being wasted. They got rid of the paper pocket maps since 2025 which also does not help. Eating — no system at all to prevent everybody hogging empty tables before actually getting their food. Totally inadequate catering facilities to provide "fast food" to long queues of people all day long. The kitchen needs to be triple the size with more cooks, more tables and staff to control what is going on. And is crazy expensive. In all, it's a fun place to visit with excellent rides but the owners are greedy and do not care enough about safety; there is a massive lack of clear and adequate sign posting and value for money is poor. I will not return.
