Not a fun day out - unless you like queueing
This is my 6th visit to the park. In the past I would always give it 5 stars. The slides and facilities are still great but the experience as a whole is now awful. The park has got greedy and not only do they sell fast passes, they also sell VIP passes. I waited for my two children to queue on one slide and three different groups of VIP passholders went down the slide THREE times each whilst my two were in the Q. The Q times have got excessive unless you are wealthy enough to pay for the VIP or fast pass. For the general public it is now not a good day out. We managed about 6 or 7 slides in the day (9.30am - closing) and we couldn't even get on the lazy river as the queues were too long all day. Not sure I will visit again. Come on management team - think about the experience for all your customers not just those able to pay £150 per person for a day out.
Siam Park
We appreciate you returning to Siam Park over the years and sharing this candid feedback. It is disappointing to hear that your latest visit did not deliver the day you and your children expected. We understand how frustrating extended waits can feel, especially when they limit the time available to enjoy the attractions. Demand can be particularly high at busy periods, but every guest’s experience matters to us. Your comments have been noted and will be taken seriously.
