Fast pass mess
Park scores a 2/5 due to the quality of the rides which, if you actually get on one, are great. Without this the park would get a 1/5 for the same reason highlighted by most on here - queues and the fast/VIP pass joke. For the avoidance of doubt if you come here without a queue jump you will wait at least 30 mins for the average slides, and at least an hour for the good ones. You can get a fast/VIP pass if you’re a) rich and/or b) willing to get to the park at 8:30 to wrestle for the “on the day fast pass” which sell out by 9:10. For the average family this just isn’t realistic, and its genuinely sad to take kids to a Waterpark on their holiday they can’t in any meaningful way enjoy. The answer is simple - sell less vip passes, as they serve to clog up the standard lines. But the park won’t do that as they make a fortune off them. The advice is simple - break the bank to go VIP/ fast pass, or don’t go.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. We are pleased that the attractions themselves delivered moments of excitement, but we are sorry that the overall day felt constrained by the time spent waiting. During busier periods, demand can be particularly high, and we understand how important it is for families to make the most of their holiday time. Your feedback on access options and queue flow is valuable and has been noted.
