Much better queues than expected in September

Much better queues than expected in September! We went as a couple on a Friday in the first week of September and, after reading lots of reviews complaining about the queues, we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived at around 10:30 and didn't queue for more than 30 minutes for the bigger slides, while the shorter slides were generally around 10–20 minutes. We managed to do plenty of rides without feeling like we spent the whole day standing in queues. The park is a little confusing to navigate at first, but you'll figure it out pretty quickly. Overall, a really good day of fun and, at around £37 per person, we thought it was good value. Based on our experience, I definitely wouldn't bother paying extra for a Fast Pass, especially if you're visiting in September.
