Extremely Disappointing – 7.5 Hours of Queuing for 3.5 Minutes of Fun”
A truly disappointing experience. This was the activity I was looking forward to the most during our holiday, but I have never been this disappointed by a tourist attraction. Of course, I understand that every company wants to make as much profit as possible, but it is simply not acceptable when a person goes to a water park and, over the course of 8 hours, only has time to try 7 slides because there is no limit on the number of visitors. 7.5 hours of waiting in queues for just 3.5 minutes of actual fun! It is incredibly sad and disappointing. And yes, I know there is a Priority Ticket. However, it costs almost as much as the entrance ticket itself. Fortunately, it was already sold out about an hour after opening. We could see people with Priority Tickets queuing alongside us, and several times they were waiting almost as long as we were. At that point, we were actually relieved that we hadn’t been able to buy one, because it simply wasn’t worth the money. It was honestly a very disappointing experience. 7.5 hours of standing in line for just 3.5 minutes of sliding!

Thank you for taking the time to share this candid feedback. We are sorry that the day did not deliver the experience you had anticipated. During periods of particularly high attendance, queues can become longer at popular water parks, but we appreciate that this affected the amount you were able to enjoy. Your comments about both general access and Priority Ticket availability are valuable and will be taken into account as we continue working to make visits flow more smoothly.
