Has Siam Park gone downhill?

Paid €300 for 2 VIP tickets. If you are going to Siam Park beware. Toilets are absolutely filthy, every single one of the women’s toilets are blocked or broken. No toilet paper. Mens toilets are covered in urine, on the toilets, the walls, the toilet roll and the floor. Seems like they haven’t been cleaned in days. Went to the bathroom at 10.20am and they were like this. Park had only been open 20 minutes! The staff in thai bar/restaurant are rude and unhelpful. Only one smoking area in the whole park so be cautious when picking your lockers. You may have to walk back and forth 10 minutes every time . Little to no signage, we got misdirected by staff multiple times when looking for the one smoking area. All in all the rides are okay, but wouldn’t call it the “best” water park in the world, I have been to much better parks around europe, that cost much less and are 100 times better. Maybe work on your staffing issues and hygiene, as it isn’t hard to smile/ be helpful when working in hospitality. I work in the industry, it’s your job! People pay a lot of money to be there and don’t want to walk into flooded toilets. The filth is being walked around the park and into the water. Maintenance staff and the photographer were the most polite and helpful people in the park. Customer service isn’t even a part of their job description!
