Top quality hotel and excellent service

We spent 10 days at this wonderful hotel, upon arrival we were greeted by Antonio who showed us to our room and was very helpful throughout our stay, Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. At breakfast time the young girls on the desk always greeted us by name which was a nice touch,they also provided us with daily update of news plus the planned activities for the day. The gardens surrounding the hotel were very well kept and beautiful. it had a fantastic spa offering many different treatments, some were free of charge. The hotel is very close to the botanical gardens and there is a regular courtesy bus to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The reception staff provided bus timetables on request and travelling around the island on the bus is very easy. if you are looking for a hotel for a special occasion this is the one.
